Business Invitee (noun)

A business invitee is a person who enters a business property with the intent to engage in some sort of business or transaction with that said business, regardless of whether a transaction is completed or not. For instance, a customer walking into a restaurant would be considered a business invitee. Contrastingly, someone entering a store by mistake would not be classified as a business invitee.
